These small group classes are designed to tone and tighten, while simultaneously challenging your overall strength and fitness. Sculpt is built on the principles of Pilates, but delivered in a high intensity interval training format. Using body-weight exercises, kettle bells and free weights, your instructor will guide you through various exercises and movements.

A men's strength and conditioning class not for the faint-hearted. These classes combine athletic strength and gymnastic mobility in a heart-pumping combination that will melt away the extra kilos and pack on some lean muscle mass. You'll leave feeling more alive and moving with more control as you become more in charge of your body.

All our clients undergo a postural, performance and biometric assessment in order for us to design a bespoke fitness programme that addresses your specific needs and works towards individual goals. Every two months we re-assess our clients to ensure both client and trainer are happy with the progress.
